UPDATE: Legislation Banning Vaccine Mandates Advances in Senate

Nov 10, 2021

On November 8, 2021, the Pennsylvania Senate advanced two pieces of legislation out of their respective committees related to banning COVID vaccine mandatesSenate Bill 471 applies to all Pennsylvanians; Senate Bill 937 applies specifically to children. These two bills, along with Senate Bill 846 covering mask mandates for children in schools, may come up for a vote by the end of the week.

Although Governor Wolf has announced that he plans on ending the statewide mask mandate for school children in January, local school districts will still have the ability to enforce their directives regardless of a parent’s wishes.

The General Assembly is feeling pressure from parents and taxpayers all over the Commonwealth supporting medical freedom. CAP’s supporters have been a significant force in that ongoing effort.

Over the past eighteen months, we have gone from “two weeks to flatten the curve” to “if you don’t get vaccinated against COVID-19, you’re fired.” Likely, school districts will soon require children to be vaccinated using biotechnology, where we know nothing about the long-term effects.

This has to stop.

Please, take a moment to email your Representative and Senator. Click below to tell them that you support medical freedom and expect them to vote accordingly.
