Citizen Alliance of Pennsylvania's mission is to empower Pennsylvania through a citizen legislature accountable to the people. Our approach to holding Harrisburg accountable takes two forms:

A. CAP’s political action committee (PAC) provides electoral support or opposition.
B. CAP’s not-for-profit educates potential candidates for the General Assembly and
educates the public about happenings in Harrisburg.

To be considered for endorsement, candidates must:

1. Complete the CAP Candidate Survey
2. Sign The CAP Pledge

Those who advance through the first round of the endorsement process will be interviewed by our evaluation committee.
